Join us for a relaxed and nurturing evening dedicated entirely to your own wellbeing. Together we'll explore simple ways to support your health, energy, mindset, and self care through nutrition, clean and toxin-conscious skincare, Holy Fire ® Reiki, breathwork and gentle movement meditation.
This is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, learn practical wellbeing tools and experience deep relaxation in the company of like-minded people.

One of the highlights of the evening will be a beautiful Holy Fire ® Reiki group experience, with gentle movement, meditation and soothing sound vibrations woven in, creating a peaceful space to relax, recharge and reconnect. No previous experience is needed. Simply come with an open mind and allow yourself time to receive.
