Description: Meynell Pony Club Postal Shoot October 2026 - January 2027
Entries are invited from all Pony Club Members, aged 8 years and above on 1st January 2026. Pony Club Branch Adults (parents, carers & volunteers) aged 26 years plus may also enter as a non-pony club member.
The competition will run as an individual competition per class and Branches may also enter Teams of 4 members (3 to score). Teams can be made up with individuals from any class. Tet Branch Mangers to nominate Teams.
On receipt of entries Team Managers will be sent 8 targets per entered competitor, labelled with the Competitors name and a month.
Shooting should take place at the normal training venue, under normal competition rules where possible. Classes that shoot one handed, 10m or turning targets should do so.
Team Managers will check and score the targets and return either via Post or Email before 20th of the following month.
Classes:
1. Adults (26 years +)
2. Senior Boys (15 - 24 Years)
3. Senior Girls (15 - 24 Years)
4. Junior Boys (12 - 14 Years)
5. Junior Girls (12 - 14 Years)
6. Mini Boys (10 - 11 Years)
7. Mini Girls (10 - 11 Years)
8. Tadpole Boys (8 - 9 Years)
9. Tadpole Girls (8 - 9 Years)
Please note that competitors for Class 8 & 9 must be 8 Years and above to 1st January 2026 to comply with Pony Club rules. All ages are of the 1st January 2026, however, should anyone wish to shoot in an older age category this will be allowed.
Rosettes to 6th place in Individual Classes, to 6th place in Team competition. Sent to Team Managers in February 2027.
